Educational Background
Molly?
background includes a degree in Exercise Science with a minor
in Athletic Training. Since her 1993 Licensing from the Oregon
School of Massage, Molly has returned to the school as an
instructor of Kinesiology and Sports Massage. She also
instructs on-site classes in the athletic training room at
Clackamas Community College for sports massage students as
well as therapists. Before becoming an LMT, Molly was an
exercise therapist at many clubs around the Portland area, and
an outpatient diabetic educator at a local hospital. She is
an active professional member of the American Massage Therapy
Association.
Interests:
Molly enjoys
the competitive spirit and fun atmosphere at sporting events
where she provides on-site care. She believes that athletes
greatly benefit from sports massage, offering them a focused
calm before events and a healthier, faster recovery.
Molly coaches
youth volleyball and loves to watch the next generation of
athletes learn the game. She enjoys all sports and all levels
of competition, her favorites being hockey, volleyball, tennis
and any of her children? sporting activities. Organic
gardening is also a hobby of Molly?, though she has trouble
keeping the deer out of her garden.
